Asphalt services
Built from the base up
Crack filling seals cracks in asphalt with hot-pour rubberized sealant so water can't get into the base. In this region, freeze-thaw cycles pull cracks open a little more every winter, and a crack sealed in the fall doesn't become a pothole in the spring. It's the cheapest maintenance you can do on asphalt. We fill cracks on driveways, private roads, and parking lots in Malvern, Exton, Phoenixville, Hockessin, and across the region, usually paired with sealcoating.

Typically several years. We recheck cracks each time we sealcoat.
Yes, always. Sealcoat doesn't fill cracks, it protects the surface between them.
Typically within a few hours, once the sealant has set.
