Asphalt paving FAQ
Questions we hear every week.
Yes. We walk the property, measure, check the base and drainage, and give you a written price. There's no obligation and no pressure.
Our workmanship on new asphalt installations for one year. If something we did fails in that time, we fix it. Normal wear, damage from vehicles or equipment, and surface issues caused by things outside our control aren't covered. We'll put the terms in writing with your estimate.

Size, the condition of the base, how much removal is needed, access for equipment, asphalt thickness, and drainage work. Two driveways the same size can price very differently if one needs a new base and the other doesn't.
